Designer de Produit

As a product designer you'll be expected to:

• Design features aligned with team objectives and user needs.
• Facilitate ideation phases and explore multiple solutions through rapid prototyping and user testing.
• Apply design frameworks to identify root causes, map end-to-end user journeys, and clearly define problems.

Additionally you will:

• Experiment quickly and iterate based on customer feedback and measurable impacts.
• Collaborate with PMs and engineers to clarify scope and ensure high-quality delivery.
• Support product strategy by proposing bold concepts and forward-looking journeys.

And lastly:

• Use data, research, and UX metrics to inform decisions and measure success.
• Produce detailed specifications, support quality assurance, and monitor post-launch.
• Continuously improve the team's rituals, processes, and collaboration practices.
