About the Role:
- Lead strategic sourcing and supplier management for defense and government programs.
- Drive process excellence and continuous improvement in supply chain operations.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on complex DoD and IC supply chain matters.
Responsibilities:
- Develop category strategies for assigned spend areas and build multi-year sourcing roadmaps.
- Conduct spend analysis and market trend assessments to identify savings and risk mitigation.
- Implement supplier performance management including scorecards and QBRs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of Federal government contracting experience with DoD and IC.
- Demonstrated leadership in supply chain teams and supplier negotiations.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Government Security Clearance; US citizenship required.
