This role has responsibility for the raw and packaging materials procurement for the ByHeart facilities, reporting into the VP of Supply Operations. The Senior Procurement Manager will secure continuous supply of raw and packaging materials, drive suppliers to improve quality and service, and develop partnerships with key suppliers.

Dine Development Corporation (DDC) is seeking a Subcontracts Administrator to provide administrative support to lifecycle subcontracts administration. You will assist with cross functional communication on contractual matters, maintain electronic contracts files, and support the contracts department ERP system. This role will also support implementing process improvement initiatives and contracts department support as needed.

Manage daily operations at West Coast 3PL’s, including customer orders, projects, weekly meetings, and KPIs. Conduct monthly site visits and performance audits at warehouses and manufacturing sites. Must be able to collaborate cross functionally to adequately plan for future pallet needs and space. Serve as a liaison between 3PLs and customer facing / logistics team.
