Responsibilities:
- Develop plans on cost savings strategies for various categories, focusing on sourcing and supplier consolidation.
- Partner with stakeholders to create sourcing pipeline and supplier strategy, understanding industry trends.
- Lead contract negotiations and manage the bid-to-contract process with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, or Operations with 7+ years procurement experience.
- Experience building category strategies, negotiating complex contracts, and using financial analysis.
- Proven track record of measuring KPIs, developing scorecards, and driving QBR processes.
