Senior Product Manager II - AI Platform & Agentic Experience

AI Platform & Agentic Experience (60%):

• Drive embedded AI features through production, managing rollout criteria and success rate thresholds for customer availability.
• Lead Redox's agentic product strategy, expanding native agent support with a clear vision for future roadmaps.
• Equip sales and customer success teams to accurately position Redox's AI platform story to stakeholders.

Platform Architecture & Commitments (25%):

• Scope and drive overall platform features required to unlock new use cases and commercial success in the Enterprise customer base.
• Ensure complex infrastructure work, like VPN configurations, is scoped clearly and aligned with commercial needs.

Vendor Market Lead (15%):

• Partner with GTM and Customer Success to enable vendor customer growth for both new business and expansion opportunities.
• Contribute to use case development and field enablement to support closing high-value Enterprise vendor deals.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 8+ years of Product Management in B2B SaaS, ideally in Healthcare technology, with a track record of shipping AI/ML features.
• Technical depth to engage with engineering on API design and architecture decisions, balancing execution with strategic thinking.
