Senior Product Designer

april is seeking a motivated Senior Product Designer to join our Build team. You will own decisions and ship flawless end-to-end flows and experiences across our full suite of products — from consumer-facing solutions to B2B2C experiences and internal tools for business clients. Our team’s focus is to create a best-in-class, human-centric tax experience for everyone we serve. Team members residing within the New York City metropolitan area must maintain a minimum on-site presence of three days per week. You will lead the entire design thinking process, contribute to the growth of the product design function, work with leads to prioritize initiatives, ensure flawless execution, conduct research to improve product experience, and partner with the marketing team.
