Director, FP&A United States G&A

We are seeking an experienced Director, Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to join our growing Finance team. This pivotal role involves leading core financial planning and reporting activities, partnering with cross-functional leaders to set the vision for FP&A strategy and processes, and executing that vision to create a best-in-class function. You will own the timely delivery of consolidated financials (IS, BS and CF) and report performance, lead forecasting and strategic planning cycles, manage company-wide headcount planning, and optimize financial planning tools. You will also own financial reporting for executive and board-level audiences, including development of board materials and scenario analysis. The position requires strong problem-solving, communication skills, and a track record of scaling Corporate FP&A functions within rapidly growing SaaS businesses.
