Job Description

Penumbra is searching for an Events & Congress Representative to plan, connect, and deliver impactful experiences. This role involves planning, developing, and executing sponsorships for third-party events within the assigned region. The representative will also collaborate with local and international Sales & Marketing teams to create and implement campaigns, materials, and tools. They will develop an annual event plan, track budgets, and ensure compliance approval for all costs involving Healthcare Organizations or Healthcare Professionals. The role also requires liaising with internal teams including Technical Services, Legal, Compliance, Finance, and Administration, as well as managing all logistical aspects of congresses and events (e.g., speaker arrangements, booth setup, catering, accommodation, and creative assets).
