Job Description
Product Management Process:
- Develop standardized processes and tools.
- Ensure product managers follow defined methodologies.
- Facilitate training for product managers.
Product Planning & Governance:
- Support the product planning and prioritization process.
- Assist in creating portfolio dashboards and roadmaps.
- Manage the intake of new product ideas.
Operational Execution:
- Partner with product managers to ensure deliverables are completed.
- Guide coordination with engineering and marketing.
- Monitor process adherence and highlight risks.
