AI-native Product Designer/Builder

**Responsibilities:**

• Own end-to-end discovery and delivery for marketplace features within your product pod.
• Use AI tools to compress research and synthesis cycles, turning user interviews, session data, and analytics into insights in hours, not weeks.
• Produce engineer-ready handoff specs using AI-assisted documentation and near-code prototyping (e.g. Claude Code/Design).

**Requirements:**

• Active AI fluency - you already use AI for research synthesis, writing design specs, exploring interaction directions, or prototyping.
• Senior experience designing complex digital products; marketplace or e-commerce background strongly preferred.
• Comfort with near-code tooling, Cursor, Claude Code or similar, to prototype and validate fast.
