About the Role:
- You will lead the development of high-impact digital products with multidisciplinary teams, taking full ownership under a "you build it, you run it" mindset.
- Leverage AI and modern tooling to accelerate prototyping, documentation, and task automation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define product vision, metrics, and strategy based on real customer problems and data.
- Lead a stream-aligned squad, prioritize backlog, and act hands-on in development, testing, and launch with AI agents.
- Produce requirements and documentation collaboratively with AI as a core accelerator.
Who you are:
- 2-3+ years in technical roles with real AI fluency as an agent orchestrator.
- Technical fluency with APIs, SQL/NoSQL, and agile methodologies.
- Strong communicator able to simplify technical concepts.
