Role Summary:
- This role is at the intersection of technology, learning, and strategy, focusing on AI adoption and training.
- You will work closely with teams across the organization and partner with the tech team to scope solutions.
- You will report to the Senior Director of Innovation and collaborate with the Chief of Staff and cross-functionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Audit team workflows to identify inefficiencies and recommend AI-powered solutions with real impact.
- Develop training materials, guides, and workshops to drive adoption of tools like ChatGPT and Claude.
- Identify opportunities for custom plugins or automations and work with tech to build bespoke solutions.
- Stay current on AI releases and translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
Qualifications & Environment:
- Required: Direct experience using AI tools, strong problem-solving skills, and a track record of training others.
- Preferred: Experience rolling out tools to groups of 15+ and comfort presenting to all levels of an organization.
- This is a full-time position through November 2026, with extension opportunities, in a remote, cross-functional environment.
