Salesforce Lead / Solution Architect - FSC SME

Responsibilities:

• Lead client engagement and advisory sessions, translating business goals into platform-aligned transformation strategies.
• Define and prioritize client initiatives, KPIs, and success metrics to ensure program success.

Solution Leadership:

• Independently gather requirements across business, functional, and process domains.
• Design scalable solutions leveraging Financial Services Cloud, Service Cloud, and Salesforce Data Cloud.

Delivery Management:

• Lead distributed teams across design and delivery phases, driving backlog prioritization and sprint planning.
• Mentor architects, developers, and analysts to maintain quality and timely delivery standards.

Governance & Innovation:

• Engage with senior stakeholders for program oversight, risk management, and escalation handling.
• Drive adoption of AI/Agentforce-led service models and identify automation opportunities for CX improvement.
