Job Description

Support families in scheduling visits throughout their journey to Care Delivery. Coordinate scheduling and process related requirements. Establish a meaningful relationship with parents as a support member of staff and collaborate with team members to provide an excellent AbbyCare experience. Serve as the primary point of contact for communication with healthcare providers, hospitals, and medical facilities regarding document requests and coordination. Make outbound calls and emails to healthcare providers and hospitals to request medical records.
