Brokerage Analyst

Dispatcher Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Dispatch and coordinate truckload freight to approved contractors and broker carriers to ensure on-time pickup and delivery performance.
• Assign loads based on contractor capacity, service requirements, compliance considerations, contractor performance history, and cost efficiency.
• Monitor all active loads for service risks, delays, missed appointments, equipment issues, detention, layovers, rate discrepancies, compliance concerns, or other service-impacting events, and take corrective action as needed.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Requirements:

• Strong understanding of truckload transportation operations, dispatch processes, carrier capacity management, and broker execution workflows.
• Working knowledge of load lifecycle management, including dispatch, in-transit monitoring, delivery confirmation, billing validation, and closeout procedures.
• Ability to manage real-time execution in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while balancing multiple priorities and deadlines.

Education/Experience/Certificates/Licenses Requirements:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Transportation, or a related field preferred.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in truckload operations, dispatch, brokerage support, carrier management, or transportation coordination required.
