Strategic Optimization:
- Improve acquisition performance, engagement effectiveness, and cross-channel marketing efficiency.
- Set OKRs, goals, and North Star metrics that impact critical business KPIs.
Future-Proofing Performance Marketing:
- Define the roadmap for how our systems will work in an era of AI agents , including leveling up our internal AI agents for analysing performance.
- Work closely with an additional MarTech PM to define the narrative and deliver the bigger strategy of our products which includes paid acquisition , engagement and communication platforms.
Data & Engineering Fluency:
- Very knowledgeable on usage, understanding of data , ML models and being able to interpret statistics.
