Senior Software Engineer

The Skillset:

• 3+ years of PostgreSQL experience (querying, schema design, and performance tuning)
• 8+ years of backend development experience, including at least 4+ years using Go in production
• Deep knowledge of Go internals and concurrency patterns (goroutines, channels, sync primitives)

90 Days at Flock:

• Understand team workflows and processes
• Participate in API and service architecture reviews
• Lead a database and service performance optimization effort

Salary & Equity:

• Starting salary between $171,000 and $190,000
• Flock Safety Stock Options
• Base salary is determined by job-related experience, education/training, as well as market indicators
