Senior Proposal Strategy Director

As a Senior Proposal Strategy Director, you will define the operational and pricing strategy, ensuring alignment across teams. Responsibilities include reviewing RFPs, researching trial performance, engaging with experts, and ensuring strategy alignment. You will collaborate with internal leadership to understand protocol design, adjust strategy as needed, and recommend operational strategies. You will also develop strategic messaging, value propositions, identify resourcing needs, and contribute to bid defense content. Additional duties include improving proposal templates, monitoring industry trends, and fostering a culture of excellence. Qualifications include a BSc and 10+ years of relevant experience. You should also have a deep understanding of clinical trial delivery and strong communication skills.
