Content Producer

Role Overview:

• You own the production quality of all DEO content, transforming raw expertise into polished training materials.
• You produce both internal and customer-facing content, ensuring brand alignment and accuracy.
• You coordinate with Marketing, Product, and the DEO manager to manage a content production calendar.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce all internal DEO training materials to professional standard, including onboarding modules and SOPs.
• Produce customer-facing training materials, feature walkthroughs, and enablement videos.
• Maintain the DEO content library, enforce QA review, and identify gaps.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Strong video production and editing skills with tools like Camtasia or Adobe Premiere.
• Strong project management and written communication skills.
• Experience working with subject matter experts and ability to work independently in remote environment.
