About the Role:
- Own the end-to-end design experience across the platform, reporting to the CTO.
- Lead a design team while contributing directly on high-leverage design work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and grow the existing design team.
- Run design critiques and give actionable feedback.
- Stay hands-on with design work and build a design system in Figma.
What We're Looking For:
- 6+ years of UX/UI design in B2B SaaS, with 2+ years leading a design team.
- Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design.
- Expert in Figma and experienced with multi-sided platforms.
