What You’ll Do:
- Directly manage a team of designers, conduct meaningful 1:1s, performance reviews, and career development.
- Run and improve Agile ceremonies for the design team, integrating design into scrum cycles.
- Stay close to the craft, review and elevate team output, and serve as design liaison to cross-functional partners.
Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years of UX/Product Design experience, including 3+ years managing designers.
- Full command of end-to-end product design and deep proficiency in Figma.
- Experience building and scaling Design Systems and embedding accessibility standards.
