Responsibilities:
- Plan and run UX work across discovery and delivery, aligning research and design activities to engagement goals.
- Conduct user interviews, create personas and journey maps, and produce UI concepts and prototypes.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to UX playbooks and design standards.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in UX design or product design.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating research and interaction design.
- Proficiency with Figma and familiarity with agile environments.
