Senior Infrastructure Engineer - Core Platform

Build infrastructure solutions to accelerate the development of Underdog’s cloud infrastructure and deployment workflows. Design, build, and maintain key cloud infrastructure systems including distributed storage, distributed compute, database, caching and delivery network infrastructure while ensuring scalability, reliability, and security. Accelerate developer productivity by building best in class tooling, infrastructure, and automation workflows. Collaborate with engineers to understand core system requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions. Implement and maintain monitoring, alerting, and observability mechanisms to ensure the health and performance of Underdog’s application infrastructure. Research and keep up to date on emerging technologies and trends and focus on iteratively implementing them into Underdog’s systems.
