Senior Software Engineer - SRE & AIOps

About the role:

• ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Software Engineer - SRE & AIOps to contribute to infrastructure automation and operational resilience.
• This role combines hands-on technical expertise in Kubernetes, cloud platforms, and DevOps with growing technical leadership.
• You will implement automation-first systems that reduce manual intervention and accelerate incident remediation.

What you get to do in this role:

• Deploy, operate, and troubleshoot production Kubernetes clusters across hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
• Implement closed-loop auto-remediation systems using automation and machine learning to reduce MTTR.
• Contribute to SRE tooling stack including monitoring, incident management, and observability integrations.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years in software engineering or infrastructure operations with 3+ years in SRE, DevOps, or cloud platform engineering.
• Solid hands-on experience with Kubernetes, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and Infrastructure-as-Code tools.
• Demonstrated experience with on-call rotations, incident response, and automated remediation systems.
