Senior Commercial Finance Manager

In this role, you will lead the implementation and enhancement of a consistent reporting framework across the business. Responsibilities include partnering with Finance Business Partners and senior stakeholders to understand needs, influence decision-making, and drive transformational improvements. You will also deliver clear, actionable reporting and analysis of actuals vs. budget/forecast, highlighting key drivers and areas for optimization. You will support planning and forecasting cycles, including financial modeling and scenario analysis, and drive establishment and tracking of company-wide OKRs and performance metrics. Preparing monthly operational and financial reports with insights that drive strategy and conducting deep-dive analysis on financial and operational data to extract insights are also key aspects of the role. Collaborating with teams across Technology, People & Talent, Sales, Marketing, and Operations, as well as continuously identifying and implementing process improvements and reporting efficiencies, are essential for success.
