Analyze software inventory, usage, and entitlement data to identify compliance gaps and cost optimization opportunities.
Reconcile license purchases against deployments and usage to maintain an audit-ready Effective License Position.
Identify trends and anomalies in software usage data and communicate findings to the SAM team.

Reporting & Visualization:

Develop and maintain SAM dashboards and reports within ServiceNow Platform Analytics on license consumption and compliance posture.
Build reports that translate complex data into visually accessible formats for both technical and senior leadership stakeholders.
Ensure dashboards are accurate and aligned with reporting cadences and contractual deliverable requirements.

Audit Support & Data Quality:

Support vendor audits and license true-ups by validating data accuracy and preparing organized documentation.
Collaborate with Software Asset Managers to ensure entitlement and deployment data is reconciled and audit-ready.
Assist in the ingestion and validation of data from external sources into ServiceNow SAM Pro, monitoring for data quality issues.
