Operations Associate

Operations Associates are assigned to specific regions in Pathpoint’s distribution and within that region are responsible for all processes. They work on endorsements, cancellations, and reviewing renewal quotes. They Support automated processes with exceptions and edge cases, reviewing Inspections and executing on findings; non-premium bearing endorsements. Operations Associates may take on new processes or collaborate with other departments (Financial Operations, Sales, Underwriting) to improve the client experience around Service.
