How we work:
- Work with central and local government, the NHS, voluntary, not-for-profit, and private sector organizations.
- Work hand-in-hand with clients, sometimes embedded in their teams for 3-12 months.
- Support each other at weekly meet-ups, sharing work and discussing implications.
Qualifications:
- Lead user research activities in multidisciplinary teams, working with Service Design and Digital roles.
- Conduct ethical user research, identifying accessibility needs and making adjustments.
- Plan and conduct research activities across agile phases to GDS service standards.
