Growth Marketing Manager - Mexico Contract

We’re looking for an experienced Growth Marketing Manager to join our International Marketing team in Mexico on an initial 12-month contract, with opportunity to extend. As the Growth Manager for Mexico, you’ll be the creative performance engine behind Canva’s paid marketing in the region. You’ll be responsible for audience insight, creative analysis, sprint leadership, and directing a high-performing creative strategy - working at the intersection of data, storytelling, and cultural nuance. Your role is to work with channel experts to ensure that our creative system is always improving and driving growth. You understand the market and our customers, dive deep into the tools and lead our team’s execution through the creative strategy flywheel with the broader team. You’ll be part of the International Marketing group, working closely with the local Mexico team and the global performance marketing team. Together, we’re on a mission to empower users everywhere to design—your storytelling will help make Canva one of the most loved and culturally relevant brands in Mexico.
