New Staff Product Designer, Business Money

As a Staff Product Designer on Business Money at Gusto, you’ll help shape the future of financial tools for small businesses. You’ll be a strategic partner on a cross-functional team, leading the end-to-end product design process—from setting a bold vision and defining long-term strategy to shipping high-impact features and continuously improving the experience. We’re building foundational products in a space where clarity, trust, and usability are critical. You’ll use customer research and data to inform your decisions, balancing immediate opportunities with durable, long-term value. You will work with your cross-functional partners to define a long-term UX vision for your product area and Influence the definition of product strategy, roadmap, team OKRs, and project direction. You will design and ship both net-new and iterative projects that deliver consistent value.
