Job Description
As Contracts and Legal Department Administrator, you will collaborate with a dedicated group of professionals working remotely and/or at the Company’s corporate headquarters, playing an integral role in the day-to-day legal operations of the Company. Your responsibilities include overseeing Company contract administration, managing the legal request intake process, maintaining contract templates, creating processes for contracts, litigation, and compliance tracking, and assisting with developing templates and automation tools. You will also maintain the official electronic files, draft routine contracts, and project manage Legal Department-related projects. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
