Salesforce Developer

Design, develop, and deploy custom solutions using Apex Triggers, Classes, Controllers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Flow . Integrate Salesforce with external systems via  REST/SOAP APIs, middleware/iPaaS, and custom web services . Evaluate and implement Salesforce AI capabilities such as Agentforce, Flow Orchestration, and Next Best Action . Develop custom integrations with third-party security tools, CRM extensions, and risk management systems. Partner with Marketing and Sales Operations to automate lead management, campaign tracking, and analytics . Build predictive workflows and ML-supported automations to improve user efficiency. Collaborate with stakeholders from Sales, Marketing, Support, and Business Operations to gather requirements and deliver solutions. Work closely with Salesforce Admins on configuration, security, and org-wide changes. Support data model design, data integrity, and complex data migrations . Maintain platform security best practices, including user permissions and field-level security . Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and best practices to junior developers and administrators. Manage the Salesforce release cycle; test, validate, and deploy changes using CI/CD practices . Perform regular system health checks and troubleshoot issues proactively.
