Job Description
The Inspire Value Principal Strategist is a role that operates together with ServiceNow’s customer-centric sales teams as well as with other key functions within ServiceNow (i.e., executive offices, industry go-to-market, solution sales) to identify, calculate, and develop value narratives for our most strategic customer and biggest bets. These narratives must demonstrate how ServiceNow’s solutions impact our customers’ P&L (reduce costs, increase revenue), show industry relevancy across our customer’s priorities and challenges, and be compelling in nature. They will help our account teams to connect with senior and C-suite stakeholders and take our messaging, communications and experience to the next level with a financial acumen and industry-based lens.
Customer Advisory Engage executives to determine and manage custom industry-aligned digital transformation advisory engagements at select customers, applying ServiceNow methodologies Lead discovery workshops with prospective and existing customer leadership and their teams to understand goals and challenges Document and present insights and recommended solutions to meet customer goals Communicate and advise in 1:1 and 1: many environments.
Thought leadership Identify and lead to the creation of new IP (best practices, white papers, workshops, etc.) Improve current methods and frameworks Work with and enable the ServiceNow teams on a business consulting approach to sales
