Role Overview:
- Develop a basic knowledge of NIQ Retail Measurement Service
- Contribute to client satisfaction through actionable insights
- Support execution and monitoring of service-related tasks
Responsibilities:
- Provide performance overview analysis to FMCG clients
- Triage customer queries and track actions for improvement
- Responsible for customer request resolution
Qualifications:
- Graduates with 6-12 months of experience in data analysis
- Good sense of numeric, logical & critical thinking
- Fluent in English and Vietnamese
