Responsibilities:
- Support analytical control strategies and own product specifications.
- Develop and maintain stability program with trend monitoring.
- Manage method validation for multi-phase clinical trials.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Biology, Biochemistry, or related field.
- 8+ years in pharmaceutical manufacturing/QA with cell therapy oversight experience.
- Expertise in cGMP and analytical methods for cell therapy.
Compensation:
- National salary range $155K to $175K annually.
- Eligible for bonus, benefits, and stock plan.
