Role Overview:
- Provide Program Management expertise to advance novel engineered T cell therapies.
- Manage complex cross-functional development programs and high-profile partnerships.
- Drive cross-functional alignment and execution toward corporate and program goals.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain program management tools for governance, timelines, and risk tracking.
- Track key milestones, drive decision-making, and escalate risks as needed.
- Lead initiatives to build operational efficiency and company culture.
Requirements:
- BA/BS + 12 years in a scientific discipline; advanced degree or PMP preferred.
- At least 5 years of direct program management in drug development.
- Strong understanding of FDA regulatory processes and clinical trials.
Compensation:
- National salary range of $200K to $230K annually.
- Eligible for bonus, benefits, and stock plan participation.
