Job Description
Management of complex Agile AI projects ensuring that goals, requirements, and outcomes are defined and that the appropriate resources are allocated. Monitor team performance to ensure that projects are implemented, supported, and closed accurately and in accordance with key milestones and established project standards are upheld and clearly defined throughout the entire process of each projectβs development and execution. Foster positive working relationships with team members, client personnel, and leadership counterparts. Prioritize tasks, set deadlines, and assign resources to each project. Track cost, schedule, and performance, as well as prepare documents and develop project-specific policy, procedures, and report status to all levels. Manage staffing requirements, including recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and execution. Manage task assignments and oversight of personnel to ensure excellence in service delivery.
