Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of duties related to information technology applications, including system configuration and support.
- Work with the team and key customers to ensure proper development and implementation of application functionality.
- Plan and evaluate application functionality, requiring a blend of technical and collaborative skills.
Compensation & Schedule:
- The position offers a compensation range of $30.58 to $45.86 per hour, depending on experience.
- This is a full-time role with a regular schedule of 40 hours per week during the day shift.
- Work locations are flexible, including remote options or on-site at facilities in Johnson City and Binghamton, New York.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum required education is a High School Diploma (or equivalent) with 1-2 years of relevant healthcare operations or IT experience.
- A Bachelor’s Degree in a related field such as information technology or clinical/healthcare is preferred.
- For Epic-related roles, current Epic certification is required, or a willingness to travel for training and achieve certification within 90 days.
