Ancillary Services Associate

Responsibilities:

• Onboard physician practices to Privia’s physician office lab and other ancillary offerings, supporting a cluster of care centers to drive overall results.
• Engage the Operations team in Care Center conversions, proactively monitor performance, and work with Customer Service to triage and manage issues.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with 2+ years of healthcare experience; experience with physicians, medical groups, or phlebotomy is beneficial.
• Preferred experience with Athena EMR and Google Suite tools, along with proficiency in EMR systems, LIS, CRM, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong project management, critical thinking, and communication skills, with the ability to function independently and comply with HIPAA regulations.

• This role offers a base salary range and is eligible for an annual bonus, with pay determined by experience, education, and location.
