Team Leadership:
- Lead a Dev Tooling team focused on CI/CD pipelines and developer experience.
- Lead a Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) team focused on system health and incident response.
- Improve communication and collaboration across DevOps, Product, and Platform teams.
Process Improvement:
- Improve our processes for deployment, monitoring, and release engineering.
- Drive the adoption of newer GitOps practices, especially for MLOps and AI.
- Ensure productive communications within teams and with stakeholders.
Technical Ownership:
- Own the design and implementation of infrastructure and tooling roadmap capabilities.
- Work with Product and Engineering to ensure technical health and manage operational risks.
- Participate in technical and architecture reviews across teams.
