What You’ll Do:

  • Design and facilitate workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions to surface insights and opportunities.
  • Develop practical Talent & Culture strategies and frameworks rooted in both business objectives and human experience.

What You Bring:

  • Exceptional writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to distill complex ideas into clear, emotional, and purposeful narratives that reflect an organization’s identity.
  • Proven capability to craft high-impact content, including culture narratives, organizational manifestos, employee value propositions, and scripts for talent- and culture-focused videos and podcasts.
  • Demonstrated experience activating purpose, values, leadership behaviours, employee experience, EVP, and culture transformation initiatives across the talent lifecycle.
