We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team in a remote capacity from Central Lake, United States. This part-time position offers the flexibility to work from home while maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency in managing our data entry operations. Input data into company databases and spreadsheets with high accuracy. Verify and validate data to maintain data integrity. Review and update existing data in computer systems. Sort and organize physical and digital documents. Cross-reference and fact-check entered information. Report any inconsistencies or errors in data. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines. Follow standard operating procedures for data entry. Additional responsibilities include collecting, processing, and analyzing data from various sources, preparing reports and visualizations to present findings to internal teams, supporting business decisions with data-driven insights, collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand data needs, and maintaining and updating dashboards for ongoing performance tracking.
