Job Description
As part of Coinbase’s Enterprise Applications and Architecture organization, the CXCMSS team is on the front lines of revolutionizing how they deliver exceptional support to millions of users globally. They are responsible for managing the delivery of work to agents across chat, phone, email, and social channels, empowering customer service agents across compliance and retail business units to operate at peak efficiency. You'll focus on building and optimizing Go-based backend APIs and React-powered UIs at scale, while integrating with third-party platforms to streamline operations for our customer service teams. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of building complex, scalable applications that directly impact the Coinbase customer experience, leading assessment and implementation of third-party AI/ML tools. Demonstrate a keen awareness of Coinbase’s platform, development practices, and various technical domains and build upon them to efficiently deliver improvements across multiple teams.
