CRM Consultant

As a CRM Consultant at Massive Rocket, you'll play a pivotal role in planning, executing, and optimizing CRM campaigns across multiple channels, such as email, SMS, push notifications, content cards, and WhatsApp. You will meticulously plan and execute campaigns based on strategies provided by our clients or developed by our strategy team. You'll collaborate closely with our clients, working hand-in-hand to translate campaign strategies into impactful initiatives that drive results. Responsibilities include leading the execution of CRM initiatives, configuring the Braze platform, designing targeted marketing campaigns, and managing large datasets.
