  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and executive team.
  • Translate business strategy into scalable people systems.

  • Champion and protect Cadre’s people-first culture.
  • Drive leadership behaviors that reflect Cadre’s values.
  • Build an employee experience that fosters engagement and belonging.

Talent Management & Leadership Development:

  • Oversee talent acquisition strategies.
  • Design leadership development pathways for frontline leaders.
  • Implement succession planning and internal mobility strategies.

Compensation, Benefits & Total Rewards:

  • Design and oversee competitive, compliant compensation and benefits programs.
  • Partner with Finance to ensure fiscal responsibility.
  • Ensure scalability and transparency in people investments.
