- Build an employee experience that fosters engagement and belonging.
Talent Management & Leadership Development:
- Oversee talent acquisition strategies.
- Design leadership development pathways for frontline leaders.
- Implement succession planning and internal mobility strategies.
Compensation, Benefits & Total Rewards:
- Design and oversee competitive, compliant compensation and benefits programs.
- Partner with Finance to ensure fiscal responsibility.
- Ensure scalability and transparency in people investments.
