Sr. Manager of Continuous Improvement

Seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager of Continuous Improvement to lead and accelerate operational excellence across multiple site locations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for deploying/standing up the SHOP operating model, to optimize processes, reducing waste, and increasing efficiency within our manufacturing operations. This role requires strong leadership skills, analytical thinking, and a proven track record of driving continuous improvement initiatives in a multi-site environment. Support RVP & Director of Continuous Improvement in driving CI within assigned sites. Execute SHOP to enhance Safety, Quality, Productivity and Service across multiple sites. Utilize KPIs and metrics to measure the effectiveness of improvement efforts. Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement. Coach/mentor site CI and Operations personnel. Lead cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, execute projects to resolve top opportunities and track action plans through completion. Collaborate with other CI and Operations leaders to identify benchmarking opportunities. Provide guidance and support to Site Directors and teams in implementing lean manufacturing principles and methodologies. Collaborate with senior leadership to align continuous improvement efforts with organizational goals and objectives. Lead change management initiatives to ensure successful implementation of process improvements. Utilize data analysis and statistical tools to identify root causes of inefficiencies and develop solutions.
