Role Overview:
- Administers and oversees active contracts and procurement agreements to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
- Supports contract managers with reviews of task orders, invoices, and amendments, providing detailed analysis and recommendations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintains liaison with contractors to interpret obligations and resolve problems under the direction of the Contract Manager.
- Coordinates with legal, finance, and other departments, implementing policies and identifying areas for improvement.
- Develops a centralized contract repository, updates electronic files, and ensures audit readiness and transparency.
Additional Duties:
- Drafts, edits, and reviews correspondence, meeting materials, and reports related to contract performance.
- Tracks and reports on compliance metrics and vendor performance to inform strategic decisions.
- Assists in resolving contract compliance issues by gathering documentation and coordinating corrective actions.
