Executive Director, Operational Strategy, FSP

The Executive Director, FSP operational strategy will be responsible for the management of the FSP team of Precision for Medicine. They will provide oversight and management to the FSP Strategy and drive the high quality of the department deliverables. In addition, this team member will lead projects that will enable Precision for Medicine to stay at the forefront of FSP resourcing and maintain their competitive edge as a scientifically driven engaged partner for our standalone and FSP business to biotech and pharma clients. Essential functions of the job include but are not limited to: Manage the capacity planning for the FSP Department, notably with respect to RFP and bid defense deliverables. Develop process and tools to ensure consistent and high-quality deliverables within the department. Oversee associated department metrics. Gain input from key stakeholders to ensure constant process improvement. Represent the Company by attending industry meetings, speaking engagements, booth exhibitions, etc., and by publishing scientific or industry related articles in industry journals and digital media. Lead the members of the FSP strategy group to include supporting performance management and professional development of direct reports, including ongoing feedback, coaching, and career support.
