Software Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver new features that scale with our growing customer base and help ensure a seamless mobile experience for cash advances.
• Collaborate closely with other engineers to ship high-quality code, partnering on tough problems unique to cash advance products.
• Create and maintain clear documentation — a must-have for a growing, remote organization.
• Tackle complex challenges at scale, including sensitive financial data, real-time advances, and compliance requirements.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of professional experience shipping and scaling user-facing applications or backend services.
• Experience working on mobile or user-facing applications — ideally with React Native or similar frameworks.
• Passion for your craft and care for the people you work with — you value quality across code, communication, and culture.

Tools We Use:

• Node and TypeScript on the server, leveraging the NestJS framework within a microservice-oriented architecture running on Kubernetes and AWS.
• Build and ship product features for iOS, Android, and web platforms using React Native.
