Senior Associate / Counsel

As part of the Evergreen team, you will help craft and lead legal strategies that advance progress on some of the most pressing issues, including democracy protection. Job responsibilities include: Litigation: Develop new litigation ideas and drive the day-to-day in ongoing litigation, including by communicating with clients, coordinating with co-counsel, drafting legal filings, and developing overall litigation strategy. Legal & Regulatory Strategy: Serve as a legal strategist across a range of issue areas. Craft legal strategies to advance policy objectives and assess legal viability of campaigns and public-facing strategies. Develop legal content such as regulatory comments, legal fact sheets, legal memorandum, and issue briefs. Review and advise on legally sensitive external communications, including public statements, campaign materials, and op-eds. Partner Relations & Legal Project Management: Coordinate with external partners and oversee complex projects to ensure deliverables meet the highest standards. Substantive Expertise: Closely follow public policy developments, political news, and industry trends.
